Stressed Out Life
Everyone is at the point in their lives when we've hit rock bottom at least once, or at least our ideal of rock bottom. I personally know that all of you have struggled more then me, but with my lack of experience i feel like I'm at that place right now. I am having family problems and it's getting to the part where it's a nuisance to try and ignore it anymore. And a full load of classes plus 50 hours a week at work is tiring, and I know that you all struggle more. But honestly how are you doing?
Learning how to manage (e.g. confront directly, collaborate, compromise, seek external help, ignore, separate) all aspects of life -- including the unpleasant ones -- is an ongoing process. There will always be new situations that arise. How you deal with them is key! Be strong, understanding but drawing boundaries, and you can handle anything :-)
ReplyDeleteI think you can handle these problems :)
ReplyDeleteIt's okay to be tired. Other people may have struggled more than you but that doesn't make your feelings less valid. As you said, we all have our own type of rock bottom. Just hang in there and everything will pass. :)
ReplyDeleteJust gotta keep your head straight and do what you need to do to start relieving some of that stress. Everyone's got their own way of doing it, but you gotta make sure to remember that you're number one!
ReplyDeleteYour not alone managing so much in our lives makes us very stressed out. Get away weekends, and vacations can help alleviate it.
ReplyDeleteJust hanging in there! Never forget to count the things you're thankful for though, reminds you to stay positive when things get tough.
ReplyDeleteYou can do this! It is tough but it will all pay off at the end of the road.
ReplyDeleteYou just gotta keep your head up. Utilize the advice Mr.Wu mentioned and one day you'll look back and remember how strong these issues made you. You'll even help someone in the same situation you're in now.
ReplyDeleteYou got this!
ReplyDeleteDon't worry man we've all been at our version of rock bottom. But you'll able to pick yourself back on up and get off rock bottom.
