Pt.1 - Big Mood
It took so long to find this email..., but alas I'll be all fine. I recently got promoted at my job and I'm slowly starting to realize that people choose to do things there own way. A customer will argue for days on end if they believe they are right it's the weirdest thing to me. I'm not used to people not being able to accept that they are wrong, I'm joking obviously. To whomever is reading this I hope you have a great day.

ReplyDeleteCongrats on your promotion! There will be days that you will need to deal with upset customers but you get through it and move on. Look at the bright side, more pay and more knowledge comes with a learning experience.
ReplyDeleteI feel ya, I've had to endure some snobby customers that don't appreciate the fact that I'm solving their problems for them without even complaining! Unbeknownst to them, I only give refunds to NICE customers.
